Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Processing
Produce from the fertile soils of Çukurova and Hatay is processed at our facility under the supervision of our food engineer. Every step, from field intake to grading, is on record.
Every incoming batch first passes an intake inspection: our food engineer checks it visually and by measurement, and any non-conforming batch is rejected at the gate. Accepted produce is washed, sorted and graded by calibre. Because we work at boutique scale, we know what is inside every crate.
