Packaging is the most critical link for shelf life and buyer confidence. Packaging hygiene is inspected continuously; carton dimensions, net weight and pallet configuration are confirmed together with the order. The traceability record is closed at the labelling stage — a buyer can ask which orchard a carton came from.
