We work with cardboard cartons, wooden crates and net bags; carton dimensions, net weight and EUR pallet configuration are finalised with each order. Every carton is marked with a batch number.

After harvest, pre-cooling rapidly removes field heat; the produce is then stored at the temperature and humidity suited to each variety and shipped in refrigerated (reefer) vehicles. Storage and vehicle temperature logs form part of each batch record.

The process moves through five steps: enquiry → sample and price → proforma invoice → loading → shipment. We prepare all documents on your behalf, including the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate.

Yes. Every batch is recorded together with its grower and orchard details; using the batch number on the carton, you can trace exactly which orchard the produce came from.
